Crashes galore. But on the bright side, the housing won't last long enough for a transfer to complete anyway, so it's not like the competition will go up.

Some people just want to watch the world burn.

Not sure why they thought opening transfers/character creation on congested/locked servers (Balmung, obviously - but others, too) on top of opening the purchasing of individual plots was a good idea.
