An idea for in-game offline message board for recruitment

We have to be online and wait in PF to recruit or go to multiple offline forums to post recruitment message. I think it would be beneficial if there is a way to post offline message in like a party finder tab for party, raid, fc or map recruitments.

Say I want to recruit 7 people for map runs this weekend so I post a message with requirements like a party finder filter while I still can go in dungeons, do stuff online or even offline while my recruitment message is still there. So people that are interested can click on my recruitment message and the roster can be filled while I'm offline or in an instance. If I'm offline, I can see whose interested etc. when I log on.
