patch 4.21?

I thought there was supposed to be a patch coming out this morning? am I mistaken?

Maint starts at 10:00 pm PST today, not yesterday.

I'm on NA servers, which is also why I put PST. When I look up the EU version of it it says maint is on Feb 14th from 6-10, and I assume it is still the 13th for you.
