Undeletable Chocobo stables at FC housing plot

Steps:
1. Go to housing tab
2. Item move/removal for garden
3. Unable to remove chocobo stable

Notes:
- The problem we have is that the Chocobo stable has a chocobo that none of our guild members own.
- Therefore none of us can take the one chocobo that is in the stables out of the stables.
- The chocobo's name is: Krypto
His owner's name is: El Mar (We are unsure if he has moved servers but there is a El Mar on Balmung)
- We are currently unaware of how long ago the guild member left but if it is the same El Mar of Balmung he is currently in another free company (KOTA)
- None of our members know the owner, we do not have him on a friend list nor have any way of contacting him to remove the chocobo.
-Without the ability to remove the chocobo from the stables we cannot remove the Chocobo stables.
-Note that when we moved our FC plot from Lavender Beds ward 8 plot 8 to Lavender Beds Subdivision Ward 14 plot 31 the chocobo did not disappear from the stables. Therefore we assume that the actual data for the chocobo is saved there and isn't a 'appearance' glitch.
