Hello,
So logged in yesterday and my framerate now always shoots to maximum, the in game framerate limiter is doing nothing.
Tried other games with options to lock framerate and they are working perfectly.
Please help
I can use third party programs to limit framerate like riva tuner but this should not be happening

Do you recall anything changing or updating on your PC that coincides with this?
Make sure to check the frame rate options in the settings menu and make sure that v-sync is on. Additionally check your graphics card control panel to see what the v-sync settings are. This can override the games options sometimes.
