With how long this moratorium is going on, these houses are gonna hit their devaluation limits very soon. XD

The moratorium will most likely last until Eureka or another mini-patch

Smalls are currently 2.9M or less. And larges that remains are around 40 - Yes we have plenty larges left on my server.

Lucky! XD On my server, all of the larges and most of the mediums were snatched up. There's still quite a few smalls, though, especially in the Goblet.

There's some mediums in Goblet and LB in my server. No Larges anymore, but some wards have ALL the small open yet. Most of them have at least 4~5 small plots open. Even in Shirogane.

Well, as long as they don't reset the prices.. and hurry up.. Im ok with that

When we can buy a house, I am going to camp the front of the house that I want. I will have a wooden stick and a kitty litter box full of cat pee. Beware if you try to buy my house, I know how to aim with a pooper-scooper.

I don't know what Housing areas you're looking at, but I've found a lot of Mediums open, I think Shirogane is the only place that has none to speak of.
Granted, this might be a difference of opinions. The fact that I can find 10 different mediums open still in the Mists feels like a lot to me, and the Goblet has even more the last time I checked. (about to do another check for the day, keeping a chart of the ones still open).
