Forgot about the MSQ CS's

So I was going through my daily roulettes when I came to MSQ. I got Castrum Meridianum, no big deal i thought. Its like 15 min... but I forgot that you cant skip the CSs anymore. Factor in the 30 min cue time, and the Total Run time ended up being 1 hour 15 min. Reward was hardly worth mentioning. Even from a purely poetic view of the run, and with the first time bonus, it was not worth the extra time the dungeon took. No one left in my run (thank fully) but it was not worth it at all. I will not be queuing for the roulette again.

Yes I did. Posting in a thread with 80 pages isn't very fun.

They did say in the last producer letter that the reward from these dungeons are not enough...

To be frank, unless the amount of rewards offered was absolutely insane I don't think there's any amount of adjusting they can do to rewards to get players to do these with unskippable cutscenes.

Not to mention the first timers don't get the roulette bonus since they probably didn't queue from the roulette, and a lot of them don't like the changes either so upping the awards, unless it's for the instance itself, only addresses part of the problem :)

They are basically trying to dodge putting in any extra work into this instance.

They could scatter and mobs and reduce their power to make it a solo instance, make it like the aetherchemical research facility run when we unlocked Sophia, and add scions into the mix to help and then turn ultima into a trial or just reduce it to cutscenes. But that would require actual work and we all know how they refuse to adjust or touch content that is more than a patch old much less completely recreate it. It's much easier to inconvenience new and old players for the sake of the random new guy who wants to watch everything right now.

I honestly ran this every day for some quick xp, never kicked anyone even if half the pt was behind watching cs, but I wont touch it now either. Have queued for it a couple times just out of habit, while not thinking and just end up leaving duty the moment it begins and I realize my mistake. No shame in admitting that. I can wait 30 mins, requeue on dps, finish a different dungeon and still be done sooner than waiting on all those cs.
