BRD's BiS 4.2?

Heya, after looking through Ariyala's Toolkit I made this little set up following BRD's Stat priority. I was just wondering if any more venerated Bards may know if this would be correct as 4.2's BiS?
Or if there may be some things I can change.

Personally, I am going for the High Crit build because so much of a BRD's core mechanic revolves around critical damage dealt by DoTs, but the high DEX is also equally as good. High Crit takes both a pentamelded crafted bracelet (stuffed with nothing but crit materia), and two Tomestone rings (no Savage ring). The weapon is always going to be the Diamond Bow, by the way. It has higher crit, and they have addressed an issue where the Weapon damage is incorrectly displayed as 104 (it should be 105).

I wouldn't recommend going for MAX Crit build because you are losing on a lot of base damage (Dex). You won't be making up for the Dex lose unless you have have really good RNG with crit (having DRG and SCH in the party helps).

You are losing 21 Dex at the cost of less than 100 crit. In my book, it is not worth it.

I would recommend Crafted Bracelet or Two Tomestone Rings. They are good on Dex and Crit.
You don't want to be doing really good on some runs thanks to RNG + Crit and then do bad on the rest of the runs because of no RNG + lower Dex. (Problem of Max Crit build).

Edit: We also never had 2600 Crit before, would be interesting to see the gain from that (As I made my assumptions based on previous tests with 2400).

Some of the BRDs in the Balance Discord estimated the damage loss was -0.15%~-0.60% between Max DEX and Max Crit when they were doing preliminary tests, but more would have to be done to determine if the loss is substantial enough to throw out the Max Crit build entirely. With the wonky way BRD interacts with crit, it's possible the loss isn't that substantial, but it's difficult to tell since we have no definitive testing as of yet. But builds are reflective of personal taste.

Considering I'm not in some world-first speed kill group, it probably won't make that much of a difference for me if I chose Max Crit over Max DEX, since I'm not an uber-tier BRD anyways. :p Especially since any optimization I do occurs outside of my static, which is fairly casual and not really into that sort of stuff. High Crit appeals to me, and I do at least have a DRG/SCH in my group (no AST though; much sadness).

Not sure if this helps, I really enjoy Bard but am working though Savage Mode as Pld, on O8S now. This is what I am considering for BiS and Stat wights I am using:
