Did equilibrium heal for more when berserk was still a 30% attack increase (non-crit equilibrium)? Or does it heal for more now that each use is a critical with berserk active?
I'm not asking for usage over time, but per skill use. And I also ask because I don't know how much attack power affects equilibrium
New crit equal is minimum +45% increase (higher with more crit gear). But thats it. Old version was a smidge under 30% (for comparison when zerk was 50% atk power it was about a 44% actual damage increase so its 27-28ish under the 30% version). However the current force crit means it cant go higher. Old 30% zerk could still crit and then it would be flat out better.
TLDR:
New zerk 145% power and up based on crit gear.
Old zerk ~128% power, but could still crit for 185% and up based on crit gear.
New is 145/128=13% more powerful without criting, but 31% weaker if old version did crit.
Consistency is higher, but old one had much higher potential for a fairly small price.
Id call that pretty side-gradish, but once you account for the desynched timers (90/60 vs old 60/60) i call it a minor nerf personally.
