Raiding Static/ Free Company looking for members.

Hello there. My FC (Masquerade, presently with around 35 members, two omnicrafters, a house, 3 airships and a sub) is recruiting folks who would like to progress in SB content.

Requirements:
-Good attitude: no toxics.
-OK with wiping several times while learning mechanics.
-Joining our FC is not required but does give you a preferential spot.
-All classes welcome, but DPS is presently our biggest need.
-We use teamspeak for raid communication.
-There is no interview process or w/e. Just play with us.

How it works:
-We recruit from FC first for content when we are doing it.
-If not full, we pull from a raiding linkshell we operate.
-If still not full we pull from cross world, or take randos.
-Once you're in raid, your share of loot is the same as everyone else's.
-If we like you, we will get you free i350 gear.

If you want to raid with us but don't want to join the FC, we have a linkshell we operate and recruit from.
