EXP bonus from leveling roulette

It seems any time I run leveling roulette, I do not receive the EXP bonus even though it shows up in the chat log. It said I received 2 mil exp plus 2 mil bonus exp for using the roulette. I didn't receive 4 mil total, only 2. Did something change or am I missing something?
