How long do game masters take to respond to support inquiries?

Been getting an error trying to switch servers from Midgardsomr to Cerberus for a few friends. "This character cannot use the World Transfer Service until 90 days have elapsed since the character was created. Please try the process again after 90 days have elapsed." Has been showing up despite my character being created 120+ days ago. Seems like this is a common issue for those in Midgard that want to switch to a different world. Contacted support and they said a Game Master would message me in-game just wondering how long this usually takes since my friends are getting impatient lol. :confused::confused:

Hello Soleils, thank you for your response.

When you submit a ticket to the GM's and are online they will contact you in game, if when they get your ticket you are offline they will send you a email. Unfortunately I would not know exactly how long it takes.
