Can't access Sigmascape / Jade Stoa Savage

So I did Sigmascape 1-4 and Jade Stoa on normal and completed them. After i did them I got the quest to unlock the Savage mode, for sigmascape at the Magitek Terminal in the Reach and for Jade the minstrel in Kugane. Once I did these quests i got the pop up message saying Sigmascape / Jade Stoa Savage is now unlocked.

My problem is when I look at my Duty finder or even party finder it is not showing up on the list despite my doing the quest to unlock them. Am i missing a pre-req that I don't know about in order to be able to do these?

There are 2 tabs in the DF, normal duties and hard duties.
Savage and current Extremes are in the later.
In DF they are marked with the symbol for trials in purple.

Open your Raid Finder from the menu, not Duty Finder. :)
