They likely haven't decided yet.
Most likely the situation will be reviewed on a weekly basis, just like with congested/preferred servers. If that is the case, Tuesday is the earliest I would expect a change.

No. The week notice was from patch day to when the wards open. Private purchases are still TBD. Tuesday does seem reasonable at this point though.

Either next week or somewhere close to patch 4.25.

what is the point of waiting? The FC already had their dips what now? The Housing market can't get better since their is no market for them! They said they'd monitor the situation but what is their to monitor? Empty lots? Waiting is just pissing off the players who's dream homes are a purchase away

There might be folks who only log in to the game on weekends.
Plus SE would probably wait a few days before compiling the statistics and have a meeting about it.
