What even is the physics glitch? i see no other details to know whats going on. Are you talking about clipping?

They may (?) be talking about how some times, the physics of your character’s clothing completely goes away. For example, sometimes when I wear a long dress—you know how they are all flowy when you move, be it walking or running or standing somewhere that’s really breezy/windy, right?—sometimes, it will suddenly grow extremely stiff. It won’t move in breezes or gusts of wind and looks really awkward.

If this is the issue OP is talking about, the only way I’ve found to resolve it is relogging. It’s not something game-breaking, but if you are a bit OCD about it, it can be an annoyance.
