SE I really appreciate the steps you are taking to stop and prevent this. But please don't think the situation is done. Hopefully you have a secondary back up plan to put into motion to stop the reselling for good? Why even purchase the plot if all they are going to do is sell it afterwards?

Under the new rules, houses can not be repurchased immediately after relinquishing land. There is a cool down timer in place the duration of which is random and can not be viewed by anyone.
Anyone that is selling a private estate at this point is 100% scamming the buyer.
FC on the other hand can still be done easily by just transfering the master title to the buyer. -

The only way to kill off reselling is to fully satisfy demand for housing. And that's only done via instanced housing.
Until then either enjoy being subjected to further restrictions that impact us far more than it would ever impact them, or just accept that it's a thing that will always be there. And maybe use it to your advantage for securing specific plots, if you're so inclined. You see that one reply to the Plot 30 Shirogane offering 100 million? That's why this will never stop.
Relocation bypasses this entirely. Pay to relinquish land -> relocate into property.Quote:

Exactly what Mizarai and the others said. I think one person was asking for 500mil Just to let someone relocate to their plot. Its pure madness. i'm thinking what these people done was quickly relocated to a desired plot by many and then trying to turn it around for a quick profit.

There also that little trick of, sell the plot > add buyer to FC > turn over leadership to buyer> seller leave FC. They don't have to keep the extra 3 people in the FC once they buy the plot to keep it.
If it someone who doesn't care about being in a FC and wants a house, they'll do this. However, the relocate at the moment seems to be the most popular method. -

on gilgamesh for shirogane, i was looking into who got larges in the new wards... only 6 people were able to get a personal large, the remaining 30 houses went to FC's. so it's nice to know FC's did get them... but also i noticed lots of FC's with 4 or less members having these larges. it's way better than last patch however.... 32 personal larges in shirogane and only 40 went to fc's for large
