WAR and DRK like skill speed, what with squeezing more FC's into their zerk windows, and Blood Weapon.
Does an AST's Arrow benefit either of them, whether it be 150%'d, Extended duration'd, or AoE'd?

Warriors will just have enough SkS to squeeze 5 FCs in IR window, not more.
Arrow wouldn't change that, no way you can get 6 FCs in IR window without losing too much on other stats.
DRK might profit from it, even 1 more GCD in Blood weapon window gives additional mana, thus damage and/or mitigation through TBN.
The benefit is still minimal and arrow is better used on a DPS role.
Tho, all jobs will try to arrange thier GCD to fit with thier buffs. Arrow will throw off thier rotation in most cases.
No job really takes an arrow into account, getting it is too rng.
It is rng, + if you have one, it'll be more useful on a dps instead + aoe buff are better than single target buff (on 8-man content situation).
Fitting another GCD into BW amounts to nearly squat. Avoid SkS on DRK. It's adding to GCD clipping when double weaves.
No tank really 'likes' skillspeed. You get enough to reach a specific tier and then its right back in the garbage behind everything but Ten for damage. If theres an AOE SS buff, then by all means. Damage is damage and no tank has TP issues these days, so if its a choice between free SS or nothing, take the SS. SS is better than nothing. But if you have to choose between SS and Crit/Det/DH, always take the crit/det/dh.
