Funny glitch, monsters keep chasing eachother while invulnerable

While fighting some monsters for a quest, the battle seemed to make two of them fight each other and also become invulnerable.

Not only did they not stop, they kept attacking me whilst chasing eachother. It could be that love is in the air.
No longer must love between a wasp and a hog be judged. It makes you invulnerable.
I had to log out to disengage the battle, otherwise it wouldn't let me do anything else XD

For the debuggers: I was doing a random quest : "Serveth thy master" while on queue for deltascape 3 normal.
As I attacked one of these mobs, one of them started spinning around one another and I couldn't hit it.
If I went close to it, it would register hits on me, but otherwise keep chasing the other mob.

This seems to be an AI glitch that came about as a result of something in the 4.2 patch.

It's possible for it to affect hunt marks, too, unfortunately.

You too, huh? Found something like that on Mateus last night.

I guess it's not bot related, then, but still, for some reason, they're trying to reset to a position they can't reach, seems like.

Oh, it's mating season again.
