NPC's script relates to an earlier point in the MSQ

Class/Level: tested with multiple classes, but the relevant issue is my current point in the MSQ (Lv60, post-credits Heavensward, current quest "As It Once Was")

Area and coordinates: The Waking Sands, X:6.0, Y:5.0
Housing: none
Steps:
1. Randomly visit the Waking Sands (possibly for the first time since beginning Heavensward) just to see if the NPCs have anything new and interesting to say, as I have just cleared Heavensward's main quest.
2. Talk to Urianger.
3. Urianger says I urgently need to go to Whitebrim Front to defend Ishgard against Lady Iceheart's attack... an event that took place much earlier in the story. (I believe this dialogue would be from from the Lv50 quest "An Allied Perspective" in the Seventh Astral Era section of the MSQ.)

I believe the dialogue is from the quest Drop Dea Shiva. Check to see if you currently have that quest active!
