I was looking around some maps because I wasn't sure if Jade Stoa (Extreme) was a side or Minstrel quest, but after I got to Kugane, I noticed the WM didn't have the "Unlock event" quest icon on the main map, but when I got to him, it was on the mini map and above his head.
Is this a bug or just something I overlooked somehow?
