Please allow personal housing to have a workshop with at just one airship and submarine each. FCs are nice to have but should not be required for content in the game. They should just be a group of people you enjoy hanging out with and maybe do things with once in a while or find people for raid groups. Most of the time I see one person taking care of the airships with them begging for 3 other crafters to come stand around so they can progress the workshop crafting they are trying to do anyway.
You might say "well then why lock the workshop behind housing then?", and you would be right. Perhaps the GC should have a workshop type of place that people without housing could access.
