The New PvP Map - Respawn At Spot

There is nowhere to [ Fall Back! ] to, What if there is jumping pads at each corner near the bases and has like 5 sec cooldown to use it again. players maybe can actually fall back to base. If the jumping pads is bad idea maybe just link a bridge to the base?

I wish if player respawn at base and head back to arena. like its really tricky to do a follow up kill after healer death.
Say a healer stayed alive long enough and used all recources BUT his team has lead with points,all he can do is let himself be killed cuz they won't lose lead anyway, in 3 seconed he has all mp and cds ready to support his team fully with no problem.

If the respawn be at base then we can do the follow up kills like before and actually be able to use the old maps in the new ranked season that is coming soon.
If we rely on respawn at spot then old maps won't be usable at all. since they are made so that make players Fall Back.
I also want the 8mins game with more hp on boxes, Tell me what you think
