My Character Cannot Move

For some reason my character cannot move properly. When I try to they are just stuck in place and everything turns super buggy. Although, when I'm not moving all of my UI is working properly. Same goes for jumping and typing, they work as well. I am pretty sure my character is just stuck. I need someone to help fix my character so I can actually play the game again.

- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which error occurs
- Are there any particular areas of the game where this happens? Do you notice a pattern?
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
