Steps:
1. Go through the Valentoine's Event
2. Take the 'In Fortune with the Times' quest
3. Party up with another player. Either player can be any class.
4. Talk to the fortune tellers.
5. The Fair-fortune teller will give you and your partner a 1. The Forbearing-Fortune teller will give you and your partner a Joker/Goddess. The Frank Fortune-teller will give you and your partner a 1.
6. Repeat as desired, with different people and on different classes.
