Has anyone been able to purchase an FC house yet?

I'm curious what kind of a window the RNG timer has. Someone's been camping a plot next to my house for about an hour so far. I feel bad for them.

To me, this is only another form of stress for players if they so choose to camp. :s

Relocation is sitll possibly during the hold period i believe?

I've been watching houses for a few days on Mateus. It seemed houses were only growing as no one could buy them without leaving an empty one behind. But today I noticed one of the empty ones disappear! So I'm guessing some of the cooldowns are as low as 24 hours.

No idea. There is a small plot opened up on Balmung and so far I've seen three separate FC's ( I'm assuming) camping it since 3am cst and it's nearly 8am now.

The FCs won't be able to buy anything until Feb 6.

FCs can purchase now. It's only private home owners who can't. Not even when Feb 6th rolls around.

Isn't it relocation only?

Nope. FCs can buy houses right now - if they find a free one. Private houses cannot be bought until further notice. Relocation is possible for both FCs and individuals though.
The new wards will not open until Feb 6, with the suspension of individual purchases most likely still in place.

It's not technically relocation only. It just seems relocation is the main thing happening. At some point while I slept I went from having an open house for a neighbor with someone camping the placard to there being a personal house there. So it seems someone relocated at some point in the night. The reason more houses aren't being bought is the RNG timer before a plot is ready for purchase seems a bit outrageous.
