since the recent 4.25 (QoL pre patch) I have been unable to play or even boot up FFXIV.
The game launcher crashes before it even loads anything on it. so i cant even click to change settings. I've tried turning off firewalls, re-downloading FFXIV and re-installing the entire game. it proceeds through the pre-updater program, And the moment the normal game launcher appears. System Window's error saying the program has ceased to function and prevents the launcher from continuing to function.

Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?
Please provide:
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which issue occurs
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

Its a Wired connection, never liked Wireless connections.
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
Nvidia Overlay, Steam, and Discord.
- Frequency at which issue occurs
Every time i attempt to launch the launcher from any entry method, either from Desktop shortcut, to the Steam launcher, to even the hard boot file in the game folder itself.
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
mostly what was previously stated from similar topics. Such as, running in safe mode, Disabling Firewalls (really not a fan of) downloading Via Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer, reset my modem and network, Un-Installed the entire game and files. Re-Downloaded from FFXIV's website only. All led to the exact same Windows Error upon launching the Official Log-in launcher.
It seems to have fixed itself with the complete 4.25 patch release. not sure what changed that allowed it. so i guess the issue resolved itself. As for how... im royally confused.
