Obviously we all know about the

Doman Enclave changes, especially since it is a ZONE now!

I wonder if their shenanigans are actually building up to something or if they're just there as a gag.

They seem like they're plotting to abduct Hien, but I can't imagine that working out well in any form or fashion.
