[Suggestion] Seasonal Events UI notification improvement

Hello, my reason behind suggesting this is because the past Starlight event I did something truly stupid, I did the quest, farmed the FATE for hours to buy food and decorations for our FC xmas event and in the heat of the moment I simply forgot to talk to the NPC after finishing the quest and get my bear mount and achievement. Since I doubt the GMs will do anything about it... I decided to write this suggestion, I think it will be a nice improvement and help to some forgetful players.

The suggestion is pretty simple, we all love (well at least I do) the new story quest pop-up notification that shows at the top of the screen when there is a new quest to do, well, it would be nice if there was such thing as well for seasonal/limited events, that way people like me.... do not forget to finish their quest before the event is gone.

Sadly the quest tracker isn't enough of a notice for some of us, there are so many quest listed there sometimes that you end up just ignoring reading that portion of the screen if you aren't doing quests.
