Upgrading form a Small to medium plot Question.

I'm not sure if this is already up but I thought i would ask.

My FC is starting to grow and we currently have a small house but want a bigger (medium) one.

How do you go about getting a bigger one, do we have to sell the current one and buy a bigger one if it is an FC house?

I'd be grateful for any advice as the Internets has confused me.

When you click on an available plot, you'll be presented with an option to relocate your former house (regardless of size)

It takes a few minutes then for everything to transfer over!

(Note, I relocated during the 4.1 rush, I don't think anything has changed since)

I would suggest using the relocation feature. They added 6 new wards to every housing district today, and people will be able to buy plots/ relocate there next Tuesday.
