Level Boost
I am thinking of buying level boost/Tales of Adventure but i don't want to skip the main story. I´m not sure if it will skip the story or not. I have heard of some job quest will it only skip those? Are they worth playing ?. Also what is Tales of Adventure: One Retainer's Journey and is it worth it? Also i'm wondering of buying dress for me in the store is it a skin or armor can u wear it under your armor ?

If you are not intending to skip the story, then do not bother with the level boost either. There is more than enough XP from the quests around to consistently out level the MSQ requirements.
The out levelling from the 2.0 - 2.55 story parts will usually have you at lv55ish before you start the 3.0 story.
The out levelling from the 3.0 - 3.55 story parts will usually have you at lv67ish before you start the 4.0 story.
Basically, level boost is only really helpful to bring a second job upto 60, thus, avoiding the levelling grind after you have completed all the quests already.

The Tales of Adventure: One Retainers Journey is used to get one of your retainers up to level 60(NOTE: You require the class you are having your retainer go to 60 already at, or above, level 60).
The gears on the mog station replace the look of your armour, so they will be as you see them in the previews there. No other armours in the same slot(chest/arms/leg/head/feet) will be visible if you decide to glamour one of those on.

Yes, the quests are worth playing.

I'd suggest taking your first job up the normal way, since the leveling potion will not let you skip the MSQ - there's a separate potion for that (and it will cost you $50 total to skip up to 60 AND be at the start of Stormblood). Also, if you try to do the new stuff introduced in 4.x without any experience that comes with getting to that point, you might draw ire from fellow players who expect you to know how to play.
Some job quests are better than others, but they're all worth doing at least once. Like others have said the skips are better for alt jobs and characters rather than your first time main.
