Glad to see some company balance.

This is great that they saw our issues with the lack of balance in items in companies and started to make an effort. (most obvious when it came to craft gear). With the addition of now storm and serpent having there own pants and shoes like flame I see now that the devs will listen and these forums are not a complete waste of time.

Now only if they fixed the issue with my materia taking up my inventory!

This for The Immortal Flames, not kidding.

i really don't like to complain, but it's still unbalanced, with flame having useful and also good looking body equips and gridania having probably the best shield of the game, with limsa having some good weapon (useless compared to primal weaps and materia gear).

now limsa and gridania have 1 (more) useful gear (Sarouel like the one uldah already has, and weaker), but uldah has 1 more too (Flame Sergeant's Skirt), lol.

i can't see how it's more balanced. please tell me.

Sorry, I was not trying to say its balanced now. I am just saying that people complained about the craft gear only Uldah had and they listened to us and gave everyone same craft gear. I just wanted to point out that I finally feel heard by the devs.

Good looking body pieces are entirely your own opinion... and the shields have different block rates/block strengths so while the grid one blocks more often it reduces damage significantly less effectively than the other ones.

uldah also have a nice melee belt. Grid's shield is just conditionally good for mages. M. acc is good but there is no such thing is 200% acc.
But this thing will never end... I don't think it will ever reach true balance.
I wish they make everything like the craft ring tho, everyone get exactly the same thing... then it's more closer to my expectation to Yoshi-P's comment "Don't worry about the reward, just choose whichever company you like"
