4 Person Limit Question?

Hi. Master Gardei from Lamia here. I am the owner of a personal house and a FC house. Besides my wife (she owns a personal house too) and I (we have our own accounts), we currently have only one other member of our FC who has their own account. FC shows we have 5 members because my two alts on Lamia (Papa Elf and Itatitaw Aputtykat) are also members of my FC. My main character Master Gardei is the only one to own houses. So question is, do my alts count toward the 4 requirement? Do I need to meet the 4 requirement if I want to upgrade my FC house to a Med or a Large?

From the information we have thus far, the restrictions are only in place for the initial purchase. Moving doesn't check the limits (again from what we know thus far), so you could technically kick everyone else out, move and then explain to your wife what the power trip was about. :)

This is something I have been wondering about too. I'm concerned that those with an FC that only have them and 3 alts can count towards purchasing rather than those that have four. While I don't mind that you have your wife have each your own home on separate accounts, I do hope that you would need 4 separate accounts. I know people that play and have family on the same account, but there would be no way for them to use the FC abilities like that which require 4 people online at the same time. It worries me the most as people with the 8 toon accounts will create an FC just to get a house yet in truth it is just 1 person.

They said before that the system to purchase and the one to move are independent each. So seems like: If you have a house already (personal or FC) you can move freely to a new plot, after paying of course; Any new purchase will be under the new rules (4 members at FC, limit of purchase per account and the time restriction to buy a personal house).

Unlikely, to be honest. You don't need four unique service accounts to establish an FC (you only need two accounts), and the base requirement for establishing the FC is what they've said they're using to decide upon FC size limitations with regards to purchasing housing.

If you mean the company workshop, that doesn't limit you to just FC members. I'm a warm body for my friends all the time in progressing projects.
