BOTs FC popped up on Lodestone homepage?!

Today while the 4.2 maintenance is already on the way, I opened Lodestone homepage and something strange caught my attention: (I live in GMT+8)

Clicked into these 5 FCs and member lists are as below:

Seeing all those random names and identical avatar/class/level, I suspect that they are BOTs as which I've seen once before in-game.
What's more, they even have their character data changed while server is down - I refreshed the page and surprisingly found some of their avatars changed.
Since servers are still not up yet, I can only report this here instead of using the "report cheating" command in game.
Could you please take this into concern or inform the in-game support team? Thank you very much.
