add a crew noteboard

If you have more then 3 people in your crew it tends to get annoying if you want to contact them when all of them aren't online at the same time... and you end up sending mails to ask a question only for them to say something so unclear you have to ask another question and wait another 12-24 hours for them to answer... and it gets realy annoying if the rest of my crew doesn't agree with the opinion of another crew member.. Something they won't learn till I text it to them seperately.... so why not add a crew noteboard in the FC house that you can pin a message on for crewmembers to read and reply to like an in game forum.

I think this is a good idea. But wouldn’t that be the purpose of the mobile app that The development team is already looking into? The one they said will enable us to talk to our FC mates even when not online. I maybe wrong but that’s what I remember.

Well I don't have a mobile mainly due to the fact that Im a shopkeeper and my shop is one street away, so I always have a phone near me... only not a mobile one... no point getting one cuss they are expensive and I don't realy need one. So what about the people that don't have a mobile? Fk em?
