Consistent OSX Crash caused by FFXIV

Summary:

At random points the game will cause the OSX system to crash (it displays the OSX version of a blue screen) and the iMac will restart itself. I have monitored this problem for a week, and FFXIV is the only application that causes the OSX system to completely crash.

Steps:

No reliable reproduction steps. The crash occurs at random points, with no trend that I have noticed. On one occasion it was when I used the ability to jump to another players location, another was just as I entered a dungeon and the other when I accepted a quest. There is no common trend that I am able to observe.

I have however provided the crash dump from my OSX machine in-case that may be useful to you.
