Shtola should be Y'shtola, and sister should be half sister unless just abbreviated.

The shorting from Miqo'te names by cutting the tribe letter is common by friends or close relatives.

For the sister part... i don't know the formal writing in english but it is not uncommon to call someone sister if they have the same mother or father instead of the detailed way of half sister.
