Didnt get my bard quest rewards

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

I finished all the required quests to be a bard but never got the quest reward which was the soul crystal and bard the first bard attack. So now I can't move forward on my class quests because it says I'm not a bard. I did check my quest completed log and it shows I completed the quest to get those two things

Make sure to check the last tab on the right-hand side of your Armory Chest (under Character > Armory Chest; tab over to the very last tab on the bottom right-hand side). This is where your Soul Stones are kept, so you should find Soul of the Bard there. :3

Once you equip your Soul Stone, you will be able to use your new skill (Mage’s Ballad). The system may require you to reorganize your hotbars after equipping it, but you can find all your actions under Character > Actions & Traits. And then you can drag-and-drop from there. :3

I did look where my crystals go but I will look again to be sure

Checked the inventory again and even went back to default layout and still have no crystals
