As a player who doesn't see that well, I am absolutely grateful for this! Now I can read the story without straining my eyes and getting headaches. \o/ Thank you so much!

I second this. Really helpful if you are on PS4 where you don't sit as close to a monitor as you would a TV. You shouldn't have to enlarge all system UI elements just to make the dialog box more user friendly.

Also really appreciate this change, my girlfriend was getting to the point where she might have quit the game because she couldn't follow the story at all.

Natti, it will be introduced in 4.2, I'd assume it can be changed via System Configuration but not sure yet!

Not in system config. You literally right click the window and select scale UI

ok so how do i turn it off? Annoying the hell out of me now.

Virtual mouse mode, if you're on PS4, right click in a speech bubble and choose scale, then the percentage to raise or lower it.

I missed it when it was accidentally introduced, but it's a pretty nice feature. Slimming mine down to take up less screen space.
