Bard PVP ability description issue

So I don't know if this qualifies as a bug or not, but when reviewing the information for Bloodletter as a PVP actions it states:

"Action changes to Pitch Perfect when under the effect of Army's Paeon
Action changes to Barrage when under the effect of the Wanderer's Minuet"

but Pitch Perfect as an ability can only be performed when the Wanderer's Minuet is active and Barrage can only be used when Army's Paeon is active. Just wanted to bring this to someone's attention so they can correct which ever information text is incorrect. Thank you guys for all the work you do and this fantastic game! :D
