I created a character on Midgardsormr back in early August and I'm wanting to transfer to Famfrit. MogStation is telling me the character is still in the 90 day lock. Midgardsormr was a preferred server when I started. Does the 90 days start when preffered status goes away? I have checked and rechecked all other requirements to transfer and the 90 days is the only holdup I have, but the character is well over 90 days old. Any help is appreciated

Unfortunately, your issue requires the assistance of a Game Master in-game. We do not have the resources in the forum to assist with your request. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.
They will be able to assist you in moving your character to the desired world.
