If the individual is locked out, allow alts/couples to share services in an apt
So, a lot of couples were saving money up to get at least a small house for themselves to share. With inviduals being locked out of housing purchases, I think tenants should be able to be added to apartments. I offen want to share my summoning bell, armoire, crystal bell, etc. with my friends and boyfriend, since I use my private apartment in the Lavender Beds to do my crafting away from the madhouse that is the marketplaces.
I also think that your partner in the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding should be able to use some functions of the apartment, and, or housing. As well as your alts. This will cut down the desire to own multiple apartments and housing. (I am NOT suggesting we lock alts from purchasing individual apartments, but allowing alts, tenants, friends, and couples to share some non-consumable items will cut down on the desire to buy much needed plots in more populated worlds where even apartments are becoming sparce)
Items I think should be able to be used openly by visitors:
Crystal Bell
Summoning Bell
Armoire
Items that there should be an option to share:
Planting vases (ugh would love if friends could water it if I can’t login)
Trigger objects like instruments from the manor set
Perhaps food items
Hell, it would increase the social aspect of having visitors to apartments.
You can even make these just an option setting, so people who don’t want to share don’t have to.
