Eternal Bond ceremony reservation/invitation confusion

My partner and I registered for a ceremony of eternal bonding (platinum). The website made it appear that times were in GMT, so we chose 3 AM assuming it would be 9 pm cst (gmt -6).

My blank invite showed 1pm. My partner's showed 3 am; apparently it defaulted to his time zone (Perth Australia)?

So I discarded my invitation as instructed by the NPCs to try and reschedule. But it won't allow that until next Friday apparently? So now I have no invitaiton, and apparently we can't just change the time slot on the same day? Since next Friday it will show the following week's times, and we really wanted to do this BEFORE the patch hit.

Is there ANY way to get it moved to the time slot we actually wanted on the same day it's set to now? And if not, is there any way for me to recover/get a new blank invitation? I sent an ingame support request, and the reply said a GM can't help with that, but the only information I could find on deleted blank invitations was to get a GM to replace it.

The GMs wouldn't have any way to change the dates for the Ceremony invitation. You will have to reschedule at a free time (unfortunately that means waiting until next Friday). You shouldn't have to purchase anything again, just make sure you select the same time as your partner.

Is there any way to get a replacement for my blank invitation so we can go ahead with the time it's set for currently?

The date should still be set even if you don't have the blank invitation. Is the game specifically asking for it?
