Novice Network Re-enable

I am a new player and I have questions about some in-game content and leveling practices and job questions, but I mistakenly checked the box when i received a Novice Network invite to not show that box/invite again when invited. Is there still a way I can join the Novice Network or remove that option in settings somewhere? I believe I meet the requirements to join too, still very much a sprout.
