Proto Ultima

I really feel that the Proto Ultima in Dun Scaith should drop 1 exoplating when killed.

I've been playing this game for years now and I've only ever seen Prey Online spawn once with anyone actually in Azys Lla to call it out. Let alone the fact that this fate drops 3 exoplatings, but 5 are required to buy the horns.

I feel like we got shafted hard with this fate because there's nothing to do in Azys Lla after completion of the main story and anima questlines, so the odds of it spawning with anyone there are slim to none.

or let you trade the same token we use for the accessories to get the horns.

Absolutely, that would work just as well. At the very least that currency is a guaranteed weekly reward.

I didn't even know it existed until a week ago...and I've been playing since before it was even in the game.

I've never seen it in all my time playing, but then again, I've yet to see Ixion either so world fates / rare bosses are a tad too rare for me.

If they had an official timer for all of the big world fates, I feel less people would share this sentiment. At least then people could prepare for their arrival.

I only knew about it because of a friend who had the horns. And the only time that I've ever seen it called out was recent, and I was the one calling it out.

I feel that we got shafted hard with this fate. Coeurlregina at least exists in the Forelands, where there are main story quests, leves, and even a beast tribe. There are no reasons for anyone to spend any good amount of time in Azys Lla after finishing MSQ. Placing quite literally the most time and event restricted fate in the entire game in the single most desolate location with a random timer on it's appearance (let alone random intro weather that literally only lasts 5 minutes) doesn't rub me as the most intelligent concept. What breed of orangutans are placing ideas into the hat they pull from?

and you don't even fight Proto Ultima, you fight against a plant boss while also attacking an aether collection device.
