Enjoying Squadrons - More Could Be Done The Feature

I've been playing squadrons on a daily basis as part of my dailies. Using the squadrons are #1. a great way to level up other level 20 classes & progress into jobs, very quickly. #2. with the help of online job guides, you can level up a job like a TANK or HEALER & learn how to play it comfortably before joining parties.

SUGGESTIONS:
1. Upgrade squadrons from class status to job status. They should be using level 60 abilities.
2. I know that they are added 3 dungeons (should be more) in patch 4.2, please have a level 60 dungeon.
3. All each squadron member have more than one chemistry. At least choose up to 3 chemistry options for each member. XP, materia, gil bonus with one member. Some chemistry i never add like the increase chance to get Warfare books.
4. With each major patch, they should increase the squadron level by 2. so by patch 4.5, the squadron will be level 70.

I too have been enjoying the squadrons alot. It feels like FFT and you are Ramza. Instead of allowing your regular members to get the "Job" status, maybe introduce Elite Units? I feel like this game has so many characters that you never actually get to play with apart from the solo duties in the MSQ and you dont really interact with them.

I would love it if I could have Hilda, Yugiri, or Urianger in my squadron. They should have special recruitment obviously or even a mini questline outside of the MSQ to recruit them. What is stopping them from doing this?

They're all slated to die in upcoming MSQ patches.

Mmm, I wish I could say I was enjoying them, but I had 60 in all jobs when they introduced the leveling, making the rewards virtually useless for me. The only way it was even efficient at 50 was to use archer jobs and spam the broken barrage move; you had better returns for the time in POTD pre 50. The fact that the AI was more or less incompetent and they fixed it by making them take little to no damage from a lot of attacks is meh too.

Honestly I wish they would quit making things that take six months between content and that only manage to last a couple of weeks if that before getting boring or useless.
