Can I trade my 60 day NA time card for a 60 day EU time card?

I accidentally bought this today and I didn't know it till I put it into the Mog station.....By then I couldn't get my refund anymore so now I'm left with a time card that I can't use.....I'm too poor to buy a new one, so trading this for another one that I can use is my only option. The problem that may occur with this is trying to prove that we're not trying to scam each other....
