I've no clue if anyone else is having this issue as well, but I've been subbed to the game for 3 years and never missed a payment. I still have not received my Falcon mount. Do I submit a ticket to SE support or to a GM in-game? Any help would be appreciated!

Do you pay monthly, or 3/6 months at a time?
Did you get the free 30 days thing when getting a new character on a preferred world to level 30 or whatever?
If you pay monthly and do that you can possibly miss out on it, from what I've seen.
I assume its received by mail, I haven't checked. If it is, the problem could be that your mail is full and as a result it wouldn't appear till the old stuff was cleared out.
It does come in the mail.
You should submit a ticket. If you were supposed to be eligible and didn't get it, only SE can fix that. If you weren't eligible for some reason, they'd have the information to say why.
If you've had a continuous sub with no breaks and no payment issues, you *should* have gotten it already.
99.9% You didn't qualify and don't know it. Also... why so soon?
