We already do, it's called the Gold Saucer (although to be fair the original FFVII Gold Saucer was more of a theme park than the FFXIV duplicate is, it even had rides like a rollercoaster shooting minigame). In fact, FFXIV's version seems to possess theme park rides like a ferris wheel at the top of the structure... which are inaccessible to us. So yeah, we need these rides opened up to players! :D
