GM Iluvoration was able to handle my report in a very timely manner.
Not only were they very nice, they asked questions that were relevant to what I had reported. It wasn't the standard 'we'll look into it' generic response. I felt like they are actually cared about my concern and were going to look into the issue.
Probably the best GM I've had interaction with in this game. If you are reading this thanks again for your help.
