Report Option for PF

I'm tired of opening the PF to people using the Roulette tabs to advertise their End-Game Content services. It puts them at the top, instead of at the bottom where these personal PF's should go. The PF needs a 'Report' option so we can keep this from becoming a thing, because now people are starting to use it to advertise all sorts of stuff, from housing sales to static invites. This is not what the PF is for. I don't mind it in the personal PF's, but people should not be using the main tags so their junk gets put at the top. Thanks.
